Shipping Policy
At Wild Cat Gift & Party we are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping to ensure that your orders reach you as quickly as possible. Below, you will find all the details regarding our shipping procedures, including available methods, delivery times, rates, and other important information.
1. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail and utilize UPS for heavy weight packages or packages containing liquid products over 4oz
In Store Pick up is available for free on all orders and Balloon delivery is available to limited zip codes in Central Ohio. Available shipping methods will be displayed at checkout based on your location and preferences.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM (EST) may be processed the next business day. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or special promotions.
3. Shipping Rates
We offer $7.95 flat rate shipping on all orders and free shipping on orders over $100. You will be able to view your shipping options and costs at checkout before completing your purchase.
4. Delivery Time Estimates
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and your location:
- Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days after order date
These are estimated delivery times and may be subject to delays due to factors outside of our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or high demand periods.
5. International Shipping
We currently do not ship Internationally.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using the tracking link provided. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Goods
If your order is lost, damaged, or stolen during shipping, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your tracking number. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and, depending on the situation, may offer a replacement or refund for your order.
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address information. If you realize an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.
9. Shipping Restrictions
Certain items, such as hazardous materials or oversized products, may not be eligible for all shipping methods. If you attempt to purchase a restricted item, you will be notified during checkout.
- P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses: Some carriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO). Please verify if your order is eligible for delivery to such addresses.
10. Returns & Exchanges
For information about returns and exchanges, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
