Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Wild Cat Gift and Party!
We offer returns for store credit within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer a return or exchange of any kind. Purchases made between 11/01/2025 and 12/31/25 may be returned or exchanged any time before 01/31/2026
We are unfortunately unable to offer refunds for returns, only store credit and exchanges. To initiate an exchange, please email dottie@wildcatgiftandparty.com
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Items may be exchanged for other items or a gift cards.
- Only regular priced items may be exchanged, all sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged
Replacements
We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at dottie@wildcatgiftandparty.com
Exempt Goods
The following are exempt from returns and exchanges:
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items
- Blind boxes
- Balloons
- Sale or Clearance items
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will issue an e-gift card if the item is in original condition and approved for exchange.
Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of shipping will not be included in your credit.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
