This is a 2 hour class for beginners with no experience necessary. We will provide our custom-cut stencils and plenty of different brushes, paint markers, and technique examples. All supplies are included. Each guest will paint 4 ornaments, and all ornaments are double-sided/reversible. We also have dozens of ribbon options for hanging them!

Holiday Hoop Wreath

This is a 1.5/2 hour wreath workshop for beginners with no experience. All provided supplies are artificial so that your floral wreath arrangements can be re-used seasonally or year-round! Each guest will be able to customize their wreath with a plethora of greenery, pine cones, ornaments, and wooden letters/words. Please keep in mind that some supplies may be first come, first serve. We do our best to provide a wide variety of colors and styles when it comes to ribbon and ornaments.

DIY Candle Pouring
Multiple Dates Available!
A beginner-friendly candle pouring workshop that takes 1–2 hours and includes everything you need. We’ll guide you through setting the wick, pouring soy wax, and choosing from 100+ fragrance oils. Each 8oz candle burns for 40–50 hours. Our soy wax is 100% natural, and our fragrance oils are free of phthalates, carcinogens, and other toxins.
Make a pot on the wheel or handbuild gifts like ornaments or sculpted pets! At the end, you will pick your favorite item to "go into the kiln". Pick from 3 glaze colors and pick the piece before the 25th! All ages, kids under 10 need to be accompanied by a participating

Private Holiday Classes

Bareclay takes time off of our regular class schedule each December to focus on Holiday Family/Private classes. These one-time workshops are a great way to add a really cool activity to visiting family days, kids off school or a fancy date. Prices include all materials and these private sessions are surprisingly affordable!

Get into the holiday spirit with our Hand Sewing Class!
Create a felt thread catcher, embellished with wooden beads and a gnome pin cushion, perfect for your sewing space or as a gift set.
All materials are provided, and tools are available for use, so you won’t need to bring anything. We will have various colors of felt, plaids, beards, and braids to choose from.
The gnome is hand-sewn and has weighted filling, and fluff at the top so that it could be used as a paper-weight, “gnome on the shelf”, or a pin cushion.
The “basket is reversible and is great as a thread collector, candy dish, or to keep small craft items in.

Easy Sew Stocking from A Shirt

Repurpose your old flannel shirts. Join our sewing class to make charming Christmas stockings from a once-loved cotton or flannel shirt! This project is ideal for beginner sewists who are familiar with using a sewing machine. You'll learn how to transform flannel shirts into one-of-a-kind stockings with a lining that brings warmth and personality to your holiday decorations. These make great memory gifts as well.
Bring your sewing machine, spool of all-purpose thread, and at least one adult-sized shirt. You may bring a sherpa or faux fur for the cuff if you like. We’ll provide the lining, pattern templates, instructions, and loops.
One 2-hour session that includes the kit. $45 Kits are available to purchase for $25, which includes white lining fabric, templates, written instructions, and a hanging loop.

Learn step-by-step how to create an adorable lined bag that has a drawstring closure.
Fabric gift bags can be reused multiple times. Once you make one, you’ll know how to create them in different sizes and dimensions. These are perfect for wine bottles, travel bags, and they’re washable. The materials kit is provided in class to include fabric for lining, exterior, drawstrings, beads, patterns, written instructions, and thread. You may use our studio tools or bring your own.

Looking for a cozy, creative way to celebrate the season? Join us for our Winter Pottery Painting Workshop at Kiln Room and enjoy the fun part of ceramics: painting and decorating.
Choose from a variety of bisque pieces, from mugs and ornaments to vases and bowls. Then paint your piece with your own colors and designs. Our instructors will be there to guide you and help bring your ideas to life, whether you keep it classic or add a festive touch.
Is any Christmas tree complete without a pickle? We think not! Come make your own beaded, felt pickle ornament in this hands on workshop. All supplies are included and no experience necessary.
Customers will pour & paint handmade DIY concrete projects and our encouraged to make them holiday themed! These projects include a set of 2 concrete planters, a set of 4 concrete coasters, a concrete clock, 3 concrete jewelry trays, or a concrete ring holder. Guests are encouraged to make a reservation online in advance to book their table, and show the flyer to their server in order to redeem the offer (either show the flyer on their phone or a physical one)
